General terms and conditions of sale of products to end customers
1. General provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: the Terms) govern the terms and conditions of sale of products (hereinafter: goods) with the end customer (hereinafter: the End Customer) by the company ISTTA GROUP, Podjetje za svetovanje, trgovina in posredništvo d.o.o., Kovača vas 72, 2310 Slovenska Bistrica, registration number: 8785937000, tax number: 22573984 (hereinafter: the Seller).
1.2 The Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract or arrangement between the Seller and the End Customer. The Terms and Conditions apply to all forms of sale of goods, both in the physical and online store
1.3 In the event of a specific written agreement between the parties, the provisions of such agreement shall take precedence over these Terms.
1.4 By placing an order, the End Customer confirms that he is familiar with the Terms and Conditions and agrees with them.
2. Information about the offer
2.1 All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
2.3 Product images are symbolic and do not necessarily always ensure complete compliance with the actual product.
3. Order and conclusion of the contract
3.1 The contract between the End Customer and the Seller is concluded when the Seller confirms the order or when the goods are dispatched.
3.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order without explanation (e.g. if the goods are not in stock or if there is a suspicion of misuse).
4. Delivery
4.1 The delivery time is indicated on the offer or in the online shop.
4.2 Delivery costs are shown at the time of completion of the order.
4.3 If the goods cannot be delivered within the stipulated time, the End Customer will be informed in a timely manner.
5. Right of withdrawal (for online sales only)
5.1 The End Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason (the product must not be used).
5.2 The End Customer must notify the Seller (info@istta-group.si) in writing of the withdrawal and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the return confirmation.
5.3 Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
5.4 The cost of return is borne by the End Customer.
5.5 The purchase price will be refunded no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
6. Warranty and material defects
6.1 The goods have a 24-month warranty period, which is counted from the date of purchase, in accordance with the warranty card and the law.
6.2 The End Customer may also exercise rights arising from a material defect if the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for normal use.
6.3 Complaints are accepted in writing to (info@istta-group.si) or in person at the company's address.
6.4 The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage, misuse or damage due to unauthorized intervention.
7. Payment method
7.1 The Seller provides the following payment methods:
- payment by pro forma invoice,
- payment by card,
7.2 The Seller reserves the right to pre-approve the payment terms.
8. Responsibility
8.1 The Seller is not responsible for any damage that may arise from improper use or maintenance of the product.
8.2 The use of the goods must be in accordance with the law (e.g. traffic regulations, use of helmets, etc.).
9. Protection of personal data
9.1 The Seller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation (GDPR, ZVOP-2).
9.2 The data is collected exclusively for the purpose of order processing, delivery and communication with the End Customer and is not passed on to third parties without consent.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1 These Terms are effective from 1.8.2025 onwards.
10.2 All disputes will be resolved amicably by the End Customer and the Seller.
10.3 If an agreement is not possible, the court of the Seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
10.4 The Seller does not recognise any out-of-court dispute resolution provider, unless otherwise provided by law.
