Thank you for choosing our online store. Below are the details regarding to our delivery policy.

 

1. Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Slovenia and Croatia. By prior arrangement, we also allow delivery to other EU member states – for such shipments, please contact us before placing an order.

 

2. Order processing time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the first following business day.

 

3. Delivery time

After the order has been processed, the expected delivery time is:

  • Slovenia and Croatia: 2-5 working days
  • EU (negotiable): 3-7 working days

Note: During times of increased load (e.g. Black Friday, holidays), delivery may be extended.

 

4. Delivery costs

  • Delivery in Slovenia and Croatia:
    • Marked on the order

 

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

6. Damage during delivery

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately (no later than 48 hours after receipt) and attach photos of the damage. We will help you resolve your complaint.

 

7. Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check the correctness of the address when placing your order. In the event of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery due to absence, we may charge the cost of redelivery.
